    Cancellation Policy: All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. The registration fee, minus a $20 cancellation fee, will be refunded if you cancel 2 weeks prior to the event. Any time after that date, refunds (minus $20 fee) will be issued on a case-by-case basis.

  • Hemp, Hops & Shrooms

    September 28, 3-10pm,
    Downtown Carbondale

    Join us at the Entertainment and Events Plaza for Hemp, Hops & Shrooms. This annual collaborative event offers educational presentations, local food, live music, a fermentation tent, and over 20 artists and vendors. Bring your own beverages and enjoy highlights on various research projects from the Southern Illinois University Cannabis Science Center and the SIUC Fermentation Science Institute. Connect and learn about cannabis, fermentation, and adaptogenic & psilocybin mushrooms! Fun for everyone, all ages welcome!

About The SIU Cannabis Science Center

The SIU Cannabis Science Center was established to form a collaborative network for cannabis research. Working groups across campus work together with a combined interest in cannabis. Groups include projects in the areas of: Agricultural; Analytical; Biomedical, and Community. The resulting clearinghouse of related cannabis information is reviewed and helps define future goals of the center.
