Welcome to Southern Illinois University's Sprints, Hurdles, and Throws Clinic. At triclinic, we will provide an educational and inspirational experience for athletes ages 12-18. Each camper receive instructions from our knowledgeable staff using a combination of drills, demonstrations, and training theories to enhance performance. Participants will be able to gain insight to what it takes to be
ready for track & field at the high school and collegiate level.
This is a commuter camp (No on-campus over-night stays).
Who should attend?
Open to any and all participants, ages 12 -18, who want to improve and learn new skills. Limited only by number, age, and/or grade level.
Registration Fee:
Saturday Only - $150 ( includes 2 sessions) 10:30-12:30 & 1:30-3:00
Camp Requirement: The Medical Release Form is required for clinic participation and must be received in our office prior to clinic beginning.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
ALL requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. The registration fee, less a $15 cancellation fee, will be refunded if you cancel 7 days prior to attend the Clinic. Any time after that date, refunds (less the $15 fee) will be issued for medical reasons only and must have a signed statement from your physician. If a medical cancellation request is not received by the last day of instruction, a refund will not be issued. Refunds are not given to campers who voluntarily leave camp or who are sent home for disciplinary reasons.
